Great news! You don't need a license to ride our e-scooters. However, we highly recommend having a good understanding of how to operate an e-scooter before hopping on for your ride. Safety is our priority, and we want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all riders.

In line with proposed amendments for Nova Scotia, we adhere to certain regulations to promote safety and responsible riding. These include a minimum age requirement of 14, a maximum permitted speed of 32 km/h, helmet are required, one rider per scooter and other operation restrictions.

For liability purposes and to ensure the well-being of our riders, we have set the minimum rental age to 19 years and older. We believe that with age comes increased responsibility and maturity, contributing to a safer riding experience for everyone.
